Design Your Comeback Year

Those little and big decisions start to add up, don’t they?

Saying yes to another work project you don’t have time for but feel you can’t say no to.

Shrinking away when your partner comes close in the evening.

Thinking “I’ll wash my hair tomorrow.”

Every one of these decisions starts to chip away at the feeling you want to have every day.

You want to feel calm, but also passionate and taken care of.

Instead, you wake up every day thinking “I have to do this again?”

So how do you change when you have no energy?

I always check in when a new client tells me she’s exhausted. I ask from a genuine curiosity, “How much of this is physical and how much of it is mental exhaustion?”

They’ll always tell me that mental exhaustion is making up 90%+ of their tiredness.

2025 can be different.

Take it from me, the woman who couldn’t drag herself out of bed in the morning to get to a job she dreaded.

Who now gets up at 6 am like clockwork and is sitting here writing to you because I love my work so much.

From someone who got coaching on how much she hated washing her hair and finds that laughable now.

On January 12, I’m going to take you through the simple steps to execute your comeback year

No more lack of time and energy, no more letting little and big dreams slide. But I promise we’re going to do it in a way that gives you energy back, not takes it away.
