I’m Coming Back For You

I’m sorry if you’re entering 2025 at your highest stress ever.

Your brains is filled with work tasks – tick boxes on to do lists that never get the checkmark, and really only get longer.

Fears of how people perceive you as you take too long to get back to them yet again.

You wonder, "Am I being a good mum? Am I failing at everything I’m trying to do?"

You want space.

You want deep sleep and exercise and prepped food and slow, non-panicked walks in nature.

You want your brain to stay on one task at a time.

You want to hear the pen making the whoosh as you check each box for the day.

You don’t know how it happened but one day you were dreaming of studying, and an exciting, meaningful career and a beautiful home and family.

And now you’re emotionally and physically exhausted, ignoring your kids as you answer another work email, depleted by everything by the end of the week, no time for any passion, let alone the time to think what that passion might be.

I’m coming back for you. You’ve had enough. Grab my hand, and let’s get off this track in 2025.
