Things I want to do by December
I wanted to share some of the simple things I've personally done since completing my Mid-Year Reset this month:
➡️ Booked a colour consult to work out what colour of clothes/makeup/nail polish suit me best (I have an idea but I'm always jealous when people know if they're cool/warm/etc)
➡️ Started a Pinterest board of dream bedrooms (particularly a cosy rug that will be purchased by year end!)
➡️ When V says "run, Mum!" or "skip" or "jump" – instead of feeling old and boring, I do it!! Yes, she asks me to do it in the street.
➡️ I've started a new rhyming game at bath time to entertain us both – I tell her a step of what she has to do (sit down, wash your tummy, pull the plug) and she responds with a rhyming line. Pretty sure she's gonna be a songwriter... she's good, haha! I will miss bath time one day, even if it drives me batty some nights.
These are all things I saw myself doing in my ideal self visualisation inside The Mid-Year Reset.
The steps don't have to be crazy complex, but they're making life SO much better already.
If the first 6 months of the year didn't go quite as planned, there is still time to turn it around.
