Are You Consuming or Implementing?
My love affair with ChatGPT is real. So real that around Christmas, my partner looked at me and said, “Are you cheating on me with ChatGPT?!”
Fair question – I was asking for its advice more than his. So, to keep the jealousy at bay, I have since named her “Aunt Sophie.”
And last week, Aunt Sophie blew my mind again.
I found out she can summarise PDFs in seconds. Given how much I love learning, I immediately started playing around with my old coaching school materials.
Halfway through uploading the second PDF, I paused. What am I doing?
I was stuck in a learning hole—again.
According to my astrologer (and good friend) Abby, it’s just who I am. I love to learn.
Three coaching certifications in eight years.
Weekly business webinars.
And when I find a podcast I love? You may as well just drain the audio into my ears for 8 hours straight.
And I know I’m not alone. My clients tell me the same thing. They keep:
📌 Saving outfit posts on IG (and never looking at them again).
🎧 Listening to parenting podcasts (but still find themselves yelling at bedtime).
📺 Watching YouTube tutorials on the perfect curly hair routine (and putting their hair up in a ponytail daily instead).
🍽️ Screenshotting another recipe (then complaining they have no ideas).
All that knowledge. No action.
Learning is amazing – if you do something with it. Otherwise, it’s just another way to stay stuck.
So, what’s one thing you’ve saved, watched, or listened to that you actually want to use? Go do it. Today.
And if you want intentional, practical ways to get more time back in your life? My 5-episode private podcast is waiting for you. Grab it here.
