Your October Goal Reminder

I get it – it's easy to start quiet quitting in different areas of your life (and not even realise you're doing it).

Your brain is literally designed to tell you: "I'm too tired," "It's too late," or "I'll do it tomorrow."

But here's the thing: every time you quietly quit, you're letting go of the 'loud living' version of yourself and settling for mediocrity.

Remember: you don't get to meet that version of your future self you fantasise about if you don't take some action now. I want you to embrace the loud living things in life—the dance classes, the scary job promotion, deciding to have another baby, whatever it is for you.
