Next Round of The Balanced Mum Method Starts Soon

As a certified project manager and life coach, I felt like a mess when I returned to work when V was 1 year old.

Mother’s Group was over, I was working long days (not quite the part time I’d planned for) plus spending long days at home with V during the week, and I just couldn’t seem to balance or enjoy anything.​

Here’s some amazing (!) things I did in that first year back at work:

  • Accidentally used carpet cleaner on V's spaghetti-stained daycare clothes instead of stain remover (for like 2 weeks before I worked it out... no joke)

  • Cried in the car after a work meeting, where a colleague berated me for leaving right on 5pm, despite my promises I’d finish the work that night

  • Squeezed quiche through my fingers out of anger when I’d raced home from work to get V dinner, then she refused it

With 10 years project management experience on million dollar projects and two coaching certifications under my belt, I knew if anyone could get out of this chaotic, stressful mess, it had to be me… right?!

That’s how The Balanced Mum Method was born.
