Let’s Visualise Your Success!

The next tool I use to do my mid-year goals reset is visualisation.

This plugs some gaps in my life in a really fun way every time I do it.

So, visualising takes your subconscious thoughts – things you've seen around you, ideas you might have had (think of it like a dream where random things pop up!) and pops them into your conscious mind.

  1. I sat down and visualised my ideal life at the end of the year. My goals and feelings were already percolating in my mind after reviewing my Jan 2024 goals and Wheel of Life, so I was ready to go! 

  2. I noted down alll the specific details—like the kind of car I want (yes, I actually do want a new car!), the clothes I was wearing and other goals I saw myself achieving.

I love it because I don’t have to THINK while I’m doing this.

I think all day, every day, about work, parenting, and the future, and this is actually like a break for my brain.
